I just picked a tomato that weighs about 3.5 pounds, I’m in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. How do I go about getting if officially weighed and how would that compare to others in Oregon?

Nice one Tim!!...here’s a link to a link... but basically you need photos on a certified scale(grocery store) of top and bottom of tomato...along with a pic of the certification sticker on the scale. You get over 3 lbs with these things and you can really start to see the potential of this fruit. As a matter of fact , there’s a guy in Oregon that grows them Pretty dang big in a 5 gallon bucket. Oregon soil has to juice to get it done when you dial it in. Good luck!!

I think the record is only twice that... just be glad you dont live up here in Washington or you'd have to grow one 3x larger. Porkchop likes his 5 gallon tomatoes sundried so he puts them in the hot sun.
