I had a soil test done in 2009. The soil was terrible. I knew it would take a few years to get the soil some what close. I feel good about the soil so I sent a sample in today.

The 2032 Mathison,2009 Wallace, 1985 Miller in 54 hours have started to root. I really like the plastic bag and damp paper towel technique. AT 85 deg.F

This has been a terrible year to grow anything in my area. heavy rains, super strong winds,cool temps. But at lease it looks like I'll have a pumpkin for the weight offs. fingers crossed!

1095 pounds, went over a 100 lbs. light. It was a fun year and got to meet some very nice people at the weight-off.
